Made for LDJam 41 - Combine two incompatible genres. Multiplayer and gamepad support added later.

Added Gamepad and Multiplayer support! Tested with two wireless XB1, one wired XB360, and one Keyboard. Theoretically, 8 players can play!
Chrome has troubles detecting more than one gamepad. Edge and FireFox are much better at this.
Version 1.5 also includes hitbox and damage updates to improve flails and lances.

Controls:

As you can see, it's very easy to download blob videos from popular video-sharing websites and social media platforms. When it comes to a few certain websites, things can be a bit complicated.
3. I showed EARTH BLOSSOM, a game about being an alien blob monster on a course for Earth. Next, we very democratically decided the topic for the meetup after next, on January 15. We gathered ideas for topics and then voted on the long, long list of accumulated ideas. At the end, there were two clear winners: game feel and world design.

Made for Ludum Dare #42 Jam. This was our first game jam.

Game objective: collect all the hidden chest on the surface in order to increase your ammo. Then move to a portal (grey doors) and destroy all the blobs by placing your blocks to surround them before they reach 30.

Ver 1.1 Changes

• Fixed a critical bug that prevented us from having 100 blobs spawn and crashed the game, so now we can have 100 instead of 30 and some other bugs.
• Changed some graphical aspects and added cooldown indicator (the cooldown was in the game but there was no indicator).
• Added instructions.

Ver 1.2 Changes

• Tweaked difficulty: initial block ammo changed from 12 to 4 and Greater Blob has an extra layer of blobs around him.

• A, D: Move to left/right.
• Left click: place block
• Right click: remove block.
• Spacebar: jump.
• W: interact (use portal, open chest).
